I have not had any real cravings besides sweet tea, but I do not pass up chocolate cake these days.
Georgia was a trooper during the trip to Target and lunch, but she was pooped by the end of the outing.
That evening we drove down to Eldorado to visit more with Chels and the rest of Sutton's family. We had a great meal and had a great time watching the girls play. The boys were late getting in and they seemed to have had a large time. (I stole this pic from Chelsea's blog...Sutton got a new toy and he enjoyed taking everyone for rides over the weekend.)
I thought this was too cute...Caroline
was blowing kisses to the goats.
Ingrid, Georgia, Chelsea, and CarolineIt was a great weekend with some rain and perfect fall weather. Following Labor Day, Sutton always gets busy with the West Texas Fair in Abilene and the Planet Ag booth, so that is what he has been up to and I have been busy with work and nesting. We had a bit of a health scare recently with one of Sutton's tests coming back bad, but fortunately the follow up catscan came back clear and we are thankful and relieved to have that behind us. Sutton beat cancer 5 years ago and so we always have that fear in the back of our minds when he goes for his checkup. Thanks to everyone who has been praying...God is so good! This weekend is our last quiet weekend for awhile so we are enjoying being close to home and getting a few things crossed off our long to-do list. Check back in a day or two and I should have the blog completely updated. Have a great weekend!
